An Urban Residential Complex, designed to host young families in Ash' Shatie District, just in-front of the well-known walkway (Al Mamsha). It's main concept is oriented towards providing life essentials for inhabitants, starting by environmental response features, and going through all linked topics (services, facilities, amenities... etc.).
