Jeddah's Main Bus Terminal | Graduation Project

A Transit Oriented Development (TOD) project designed to create a transportation hub, by being linked to the existing Al-Haramain High-speed Rail station. Jeddah’s main bus terminal has the capacity of 15 inner-city platforms with flexibility for future expansion. It can also handle approx. 660 passengers per hour.

Consisting of various retail space and public spaces distributed in three levels (Platforms, Concourse & Lounge). Reaching a total area of 17,000 sqm in concourse level. Divided into two main zones, arrival and departure, each of which has a variety of linked services. Seating area in the small waiting zone, dining tables in the long waiting zone near restaurants and cafes.
