Flexibility & Organization, are two major tasks in mix-use projects, hence it was obligatory for us to understand how each zone has a handful of main functions, circulation routes & techniques, and multiple service zones.

My Goal is to redefine the conventional, with a local yet minimalist approach. With exposed structural elements, clear and cool finishing materials, planting. Also the addition of a courtyard for visual connection, micro-climate control, and outdoor recreational spaces.
